Old community districts grapple with issues such as antiquated infrastructure and functional designs that fail to meet contemporary needs. These limitations lead diminished disaster resistance a reduced quality of life for inhabitants. Public spaces within these can function sanctuaries during calamities, enhancing the community’s response efficacy expediting post-disaster recovery, which is vital effective management. Nevertheless, disaster-resilience attributes public in old have not been sufficiently researched. This study focused on three representative communities Beijing, analyzing contrasting their resilience various types. Utilizing Analytic Hierarchy Process, hierarchical structural model was formulated, examining spatial structure, function, transportation, ecology. A comprehensive analysis then conducted identify characteristics should possess. The importance of natural resources in tourism has been widely recognized, and the conservation forest ecology is seen as a key factor promoting sustainable tourism. However, there lack in-depth research on nature that incorporates tourist demands. In this study, questionnaire survey was conducted with 370 tourists from Royal Belum State Park, Malaysia, KANO model combined Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to categorize weigh data analysis showed out 22 demand indicators, 5 indicators were must-have qualities, 8 one-dimensional attractive 4 indifferent qualities. Based AHP, more precise weighting between different demands obtained, showing results study not only enriched theoretical framework wellness but also contributed helping developers Park formulate targeted development strategy promote tourism, well provide scientific basis for guiding ecology.
