The
ecological
governance
system
has
made
significant
progress
in
information
technology
construction,
and
digitization
become
an
important
driving
force
the
construction
of
this
system.
This
article
delves
into
digital
path
ecosystem
elaborates
on
practical
application
effectiveness
digitalization
through
two
specific
cases:
intelligent
water
management
air
pollution
warning
models.
Furthermore,
we
adopt
TOE
(Technology–Organization–Environment)
model
to
integrate
a
collaborative
theory
with
concept
multi-center
innovatively
propose
new

nearshore
environment
protection
management.
On
basis,
constructed
evaluation
index
established
theoretical
impact
environmental
regulations
efficiency.
After
empirical
analysis,
found
that
efficiency
coastal
areas

curvilinear
characteristic.
