This paper explores how AI drives GCC sector retail towards the fulfillment of UN SDGs. Analyzing a survey conducted on 410 executives, using PLS-SEM, this study underlines role in promoting operational efficiency, waste reduction, and consumer engagement with greener products. Key highlights include that AI-enabled marketing strategies improve adoption sustainable practices among consumers; AI-powered smart distribution channels enhance supply chain reduce carbon emissions, optimize logistics. For retailer, practical applications use demand forecasting to potentially waste, personalized efficiently promote products, deploying systems energy consumption. While these benefits are real, data privacy algorithmic bias remain valid concerns, thus underlining need for ethics transparency practice AI. The following provides actionable insights retailers align sustainability goals, fostering competitive advantages environmental responsibility.

Background: This study investigates digital transformation as a moderating variable in determining the effect of technologies, automation, and data integration upstream downstream providers on supply chain performance. By filling existing research gap, reveals that more regarding how interventions impact effectiveness these technologies for industrial chains must be understood. Methods: A structured survey was applied to 181 managers manufacturing firms scattered across Jordan. Results: The findings using SmartPLS statistical analysis indicated automation has strongest positive performance, followed by integration. But technology did not have significant direct effect, unless it accompanied broader initiatives. Conclusions: Theoretically, this reinforces theory vital framework, whereas practice, invokes strategic deployment integrated application designs underpin efficiency competitiveness. Finally, offers practical guidance practitioners who seek employ use current dynamic business environment.

This study investigates the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption on sustainable performance small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Employing a hybrid quantitative approach, this research combines Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) Neural Networks (ANN) to examine influence various organizational, technological, external factors AI adoption. Key considered include top management support, employee capability, customer pressure, complexity, vendor relative advantage. Data collected from 305 SMEs across multiple sectors were analyzed. The results reveal that all proposed significantly positively affect adoption, with advantage being most influential predictors. Additionally, technologies substantially enhances economic, social, environmental SMEs, reflecting improvements in operational efficiency, cost reduction, social value creation. ANN confirm robustness SEM findings, highlighting critical role driving sustainability outcomes. Furthermore, emphasizes positive mediation effects organizational performance, indicating serves as key enabler achieving both short-term gains long-term objectives. contributes understanding AI's transformative enhancing developing economies, offering strategic insights for policymakers business leaders.

Purpose This study examined how digital voice of the customer (DVoC) adoption influences satisfaction (CS) and firm performance in Jordan’s banking telecommunications sectors, while also assessing whether trust technology moderates DVoC–satisfaction relationship. Design/methodology/approach cross-sectional targeted 387 service managers representatives Jordanian banks firms through judgmental sampling. Structured questionnaires captured respondents use DVoC tools to address issues, integrate feedback, observe changes or loyalty. Participants included call center managers, feedback analytics teams, support supervisors, whose direct roles handling data offered valuable insights. The employed partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) for rigorous analysis. Findings Results revealed that significantly increased CS, with real-time journey mapping (CJ), actionable insights automated response mechanisms (AR) being particularly influential. In contrast, sentiment analysis (SA) omni-channel integration did not show a notable effect this context. Customer (CT) emerged as an important moderator, strengthening positive impact on satisfaction. Additionally, heightened CS was associated improved outcomes. Research limitations/implications reliance sampling design limits generalizability causal inferences. However, findings offer sector-specific can inform strategic initiatives similar environments. Originality/value By highlighting which components most effectively drive satisfaction, demonstrating moderating role CT technology, contributes novel literature. It integrates service-dominant logic (SDL) stakeholder theory perspectives, underscoring value co-creation customers viewed critical stakeholders enhance competitive markets.
