In
the

businesses
are
working
to
become
more
sustainable.
Specifically,
when
management
settings
change-which

Drawing
on
resource-based
view
(RBV)
theory,
this
study
focused
finding
interconnection
between
leadership
(DL)
and
performance
(CP),
as
well
mediating
roles
affective
commitment
(AC)
culture
(DC),
including
moderating
effects
strategic
agility
(SA).To
find
results
investigation,
a
total
233
sample
data
points
were
gathered
from
employees
in
manufacturing
service
organizations.
The
research
hypotheses
tested
using
path
analysis
with
AMOS-24
program.
findings
indicated
that
DL
had
no
direct
impact
CP.
While
has
mediation
effect
but
full
relationship
CP,
it
also
found
SA
hasn't
played
any
reinforcing
role
connection
