This article investigates the safety potential of a freight transportation company, considering tire set selection as one most important aspects to ensure safe driving and reliable service. The revision sets in large vehicle fleets is attributed new regulation from United Nations maintain non-deteriorating wet braking performance up minimum allowable wear limit, encouraging both sector sustainability, significant part tires are currently replaced before reaching tread depth 3 mm. In this research, an experimental test was conducted that involved four maneuvers with truck using ten different (including retreaded) determine which performs better critical conditions. results then analyzed TOPSIS method where efficient best alternatives selected. Finally, trucks on road appropriate evaluated by estimated accident reduction potential. It should be mentioned optimal also for sustainable transportation, pollution worn remains relevant environmental issue.
