In today’s competitive and rapidly changing business landscape, organizations face significant challenges such as resource limitations, fluctuating demand, evolving customer needs. Addressing these requires effective strategies, with supplier selection playing a vital role in building resilient efficient supply chains. This study introduces an innovative framework for evaluation selection, integrating the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) within fuzzy environment. The AHP method was employed systematically identify prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) critical evaluating suppliers. Criteria transportation cost, flexibility meeting product requirements, defect reduction, communication responsiveness were identified most factors. These priorities formed foundation applying TOPSIS method, which facilitated ranking of suppliers under conditions uncertainty. analysis revealed Sepidar Darb, Aram Plastic Sabalan, Sanaye Markaz, Amin Avar top-performing suppliers, followed Pegah Zanjan Company. relevance this research is heightened impact COVID-19 pandemic, has disrupted global chains fundamentally altered criteria. While pre-pandemic evaluations predominantly focused on cost efficiency quality, pandemic underscored importance additional criteria agility, risk management capabilities, geographical proximity, digital integration. emerging highlight necessity rethinking traditional approaches adapting demands By incorporating updated into AHP-TOPSIS framework, offers robust practical tool uncertain dynamic environments. proposed not only improves upon methods but also provides valuable insights striving create adaptable capable withstanding future disruptions.

Color is an important visual element of high-speed train seats, which has a significant impact on passenger travel experience. In order to solve the problem that color design relies subjective experience designers, this study aims establish effective evaluation and decision method for seat in based Practical Coordinate System (PCCS) hybrid Kansei Engineering. Firstly, we created series schemes typical colors PCCS. Secondly, new Engineering system was constructed; system, forward constructed with Factor Analysis (FA) Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) analyze cognitive feature sample. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Independent Weight Coefficient Method (IW) were used calculate comprehensive weights, backward TOPSIS optimize evaluate schemes. Finally, methods illustrated case. results showed (1) three main influencing factors trains included function, aesthetics experience, comfort harmony; two other potential calmness relaxation. (2) PCCS, warm have better esthetic, while cool are calmer. Tones medium brightness saturation such as It- Sf-tones optimal choice, V-tone not suitable design. effectiveness verified by case study, provides reference optimization trains.
