Because of its huge potential influence on consumers, society, and businesses, digitalization has been named "the fourth industrial revolution." Digital transformation plays an important role as the organizational strategy, including bussiness sector. strategy is not only about digital technologies and markets transformation, however it impacts to capability of business adapt for addressing sustainability challenges. This research aimed analyze effect optimization communication on employee performance. The carried out quantitative approach survey method involving 100 employees respondents. data analysis used Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CBSEM) that was analyzed by Program LISREL ver 8.80. showed six results, namely (1) categorized moderate category, (2) (3) performance very good (4) affected significantly simultaneously, (5) partially, (6) partially. results indicated contribute positively which, in a certain time, can increase company sustainability.
