This study attempts to investigate the impact of virtual human resource practices on employee engagement, including mediating role organizational trust. Following quantitative methodology, data were collected through a sample 418 employees in several universities Algeria. The hypotheses have been tested using SPSS and AMOS software. The paper aims to identify the connection between enterprise’s interest in stakeholders and their mutual relationship. It examines whether stakeholders’ opinions, priorities, needs, goals influence decisions managing sustainable relationships with buyers suppliers. Additionally, it explores knowledge regarding (such as etc.) affects relationship enterprise stakeholders. Establishing a good, mutual, long-lasting, is an integral part of value creation process management. study first determines enterprises implement management then assesses impact buyers’ suppliers’ on decision-making building these relationships. also evaluates strength relationships, where stronger indicates greater sustainability. focus suppliers buyers, responses collected from 385 Slovak manufacturing enterprises. analysis how impacts was conducted separately using Shapiro–Wilk test, Spearman’s correlation coefficient, ANOVA.

Integrated information systems in sports have the potential to improve efficiency of data management and support managers’ decision-making. However, this implementation faces challenges such as inefficiency, duplicity, time demands. This study represents a comparative analysis systems’ four countries—Slovakia, Czech Republic, England, Denmark. Role of IOT and Blockchain Technology in the growth of digital HRM transformation as a function of Management DOI Open Access

This study explores integrated IoT and Blockchain (BCT) technologies in the digital Human Resource Management (HRM) process, identifying managerial phenomena. Using advanced algorithms like K-Means clustering, Random Forest predictive modeling, Support Vector Machine sentiment analysis, convincingly shows that these contribute to optimization of HR management by picking best method use. The outcomes reflect successful segmentation employees into clusters having strategies developed with individual's specific needs mind. existing models HRM show an overall high accuracy level ranging from 86% 92% precision. Sentiment analysis majority input (70%) is positive, which indicates their job satisfaction. Also, implementation technology ensures security reliability data, a transaction rate 200 transactions per second average block size 2 MB. demonstrates ability transform practices will aid making decisions based on available enhancing employees’ engagement, ensuring set regulations obeyed.
