The digital economy enhances economic efficiency and improves structure, driving growth through transformations in efficiency, momentum, quality. It has become a new force for advancing common prosperity. This study uses SDM, SDID, SPSTR models to explore the impact of on prosperity, which constructs index system evaluate prosperity from process outcome index. According panel data 76 cities Yellow River Basin 2011 2021, findings are as follows: (1) exhibits development pattern characterized by high activity downstream lower upstream, trend is stable. changed sporadic distribution regional agglomeration, level most improved. This study aims to address the persistent regional economic disparities in Romania by evaluating performance through Panel Autoregressive Distributed Lag (pARDL) and panel quantile regression (PQR) models.
