With the continuous evolution of international trade, global market has been steadily expanding while also facing increasing challenges, particularly in relation to introduction environmental policies such as carbon barriers. Our research explores how China’s power battery manufacturers can adapt their export strategies EU’s barrier policies. Additionally, we examine roles government regulations, institutions, and either facilitating or hindering compliance with reduction objectives. Using evolutionary game theory, construct models involving entities, manufacturers, institutions systematically analyze evolution, strategic interactions, outcomes among these stakeholders. analysis focuses on understanding competitive dynamics faced by exporting countries under stringent provides insights guide strategies. Taking policy a case study, explore Chinese manufacturers’ adaptive decision-making processes they respond shifting demands regulatory environments.
