Once
they
reach
the
aquatic
environment,
microplastics
(MPs)
are
accidentally
ingested
by
biota,
thus
entering
food
chain
with
possible
negative
effects.

present
study
investigated,

first
time,
MP
presence
in
cuttlefish
(Sepia
officinalis)
eggs
and
their
association
embryonic
development.
Cuttlefish

sampled
from

sites

region

the
past
few
decades,
scientific
community

microplastics
(MPs)
and
their
interactions
with
marine
organisms.

ingestion

Microplastic
(MP)

trap

Cues
that
lead
animals
to
respond
differently
MPs
are

MP
ingestion,

they

understood.

we
quantified
the
susceptibility
of
three
fish
species
different
types
across
social
contexts.

results
showed
bass
were
more
attracted

carp
tended

olfactory

Microplastics
(MPs)
