In the present study, imidacloprid and lambada-cyhalothrin insecticides were evaluated on second instar larvae of Musca domestica including mortality percentage, biological parameters, histological effects under laboratory conditions.Five different concentrations (4, 2, 1, 0.5 0.25%) used. The data was recorded after 1,2,3,4, 5 days post-treatment.The highest induced by (100.0 96.6%) post-treatment at 4% concentration, respectively.Lethal (LC50) values in baits were: (0.13%) (0.30%).All tested prolonged duration larval pupal. Also, caused a reduction percentage pupation adult emergence compared to control.Pupal weight also, significantly reduced. In general, fecundity decreased with high concentration insecticides.Insecticides histopathological cytotoxic changes midgut larvae. The two previous lambda Cyhalothrin also used against Rattus norvegicus males conditions three (10, 0.30%) 0.13%) respectively. For insecticides, reached 20 40%, respectively 10% while these percentages (10 30%) 5% respectively. Also, had great effect levels AST, ALT, ALP, Urea Creatine rat's blood.Histological tests conducted stomach, liver heart, it found that some clear appeared as result treatment insecticides.Data suggested can be help control eradicate especially insecticide general public health pests.

Lambda-cyhalothrin is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide that widely used to control leaf-eating pests. Because of increased resistance, an understanding sublethal cross-generational effects insecticides important. We examine the concentrations (SLCs) (LC10, LC20, and LC40) lambda-cyhalothrin on growth, reproduction, detoxification enzyme activities F0 F1 generation Henosepilachna vigintioctomaculata. toxic adult H. vigintioctomaculata, with LC40 at 48 h 0.355 mg L-1. At SLCs, significantly reduces longevity average fecundity adults, prolongs durations egg, larval, pupal stages preoviposition period. Additionally, concentration decreases net reproductive rates, both finite intrinsic rates increase in generation, increases cycle. The activity adults treated SLCs for trends upwards. Results indicate low induce glutathione S-transferase carboxylesterase inhibit multifunctional oxidase activity. development, reproduction viltioctomaculata population remain inhibited by treatment stage, inhibitory concentration. efficacy against shows effects.

The red palm weevil, Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Oliver, 1970) (Coleoptera: Dryophthoridae) is the most devastating insect-pest of trees worldwide. Synthetic insecticides are preferred tool for management RPW. Alternatively, RNA interference (RNAi) mediated silencing crucial genes provides reasonable control insect pests. Recently, we have targeted four important genes; ecdysone receptor (EcR), serine carboxypeptidase (SCP), actin and chitin-binding peritrophin (CBP) in 3rd 5th instar larvae results from 20 days trial showed that survival rate fed on SCP dsRNAs exhibited lowest (12-68%). While, larvae, (24%) was recorded after incubation. Similarly, weight treated with significantly reduced to 2.30-2.36 g 4.64-4.78 6 dsRNA exposure. larval duration also decreased all treatments. qRT-PCR confirmed a significant suppression as 90-97% 85-93% respectively. suggest can be promising targets mediate RNAi-based
