Objective:

Abstract
Background
Drug-induced
hepatotoxicity,
particularly
from
ethanol
and
acetaminophen
(APAP),
is
a
pressing
global
health
challenge.
This

enzymes

alterations.
Resveratrol
silymarin,
recognized
for
their
antioxidant
anti-inflammatory
properties,

potential
hepatoprotective
benefits.
Methods

efficacy
of
resveratrol
alone
in
combination,
rat
model
ethanol-
APAP-induced
injury.
Thirty
Wistar
rats
were

into
five
groups:
