Long-term fluoride exposure can induce inflammatory responses in various tissues of the body, thereby affecting microenvironment. To explore how induces changes immune function within this microenvironment, study collected baseline information and biological samples from participants areas with drinking water type fluorosis, simultaneously established Wistar rat models a 12-week 24-week exposure, as well followed by pure feeding regimen. The People's Victory Canal irrigation area is an important agricultural region in the North China Plain, where groundwater resources play a crucial role both production and ecological environment. However, recent years, increasing depth of groundwater, influenced by climate change human activities, has posed significant challenges to sustainable use water region. Therefore, exploring lag effect its trends between precipitation essential for scientific management optimizing allocation. This study based on monthly average data from Xiazhuang 1993 2021. It uses methods such as continuous wavelet transform, cross-wavelet cross-correlation analysis systematically analyze changing patterns table response at different time scales. finds that during research period, generally showed downward trend, while continuously increased experienced sudden 1999, after which it rose significantly. Before 2000, there was strong correlation depth, with noticeable changes precipitation, about 58.97 days. this relationship gradually weakened, especially years other than those abundant rainfall, influence decreased significantly, 6 8 months. shows before led shallower more significantly precipitation. After reduced weakened thus enhancing effect. trend reflects mechanism recharge likely closely related intensified extraction methods, over-extraction groundwater. findings can provide basis resource area, helping formulate appropriate regulation measures ensure regional resources.

Due to the increasing fluoride concentrations in water bodies, significant environmental concerns have arisen. This study focuses on aluminum-based materials with a high affinity for fluorine, specifically enhancing metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) amino groups improve their adsorption and defluorination performance. We systematically investigate factors influencing mechanisms governing behavior of amino-functionalized MOF aqueous environments. An SEM, XRD, FT-IR characterization confirms successful preparation NH2-MIL-101 (Al). In 10 mg/L ion solution at pH 7.0, removal efficiency increases dosage (Al), although marginal improvement decreases beyond 0.015 g/L. Under identical conditions, capacity (Al) is seven times greater than that (Fe). demonstrates effective across broad range, superior uptake acidic conditions. At concentration 7 mg/L, g 3.0, equilibrium achieved within 60 min, 31.2 mg/g. analysis using isotherm models reveals follows monolayer model, while kinetic studies indicate predominant mechanism chemical adsorption. research provides scientific basis advanced treatment fluoride-containing wastewater, offering theoretical practical contributions.

Exposure to excessive concentrations of fluoride in potable water is harmful human health; therefore, its limitation deemed necessary. Among the commonly applied technologies, adsorption selected, as it a highly effective, simple, and economically efficient treatment. In present study, several combinations chitosan (CS), orange peels (OP), activated carbon (AC), MgO were synthesized tested adsorbents order find most effective derivative for extraction. The impact adsorbent dosage, pH level, contact time, initial concentration was investigated assess feasibility chitosan/orange peels/activated carbon@MgO composite. According results, modification with AC, OP, unique (CS/OP/AC@MgO), especially acidic conditions (pH 3.0 ± 0.1) by using 1.0 g/L adsorbent, demonstrated highest efficiency F removal, up 97%. pseudo-second (PSO) model Langmuir isotherm fit better experimental CS/OP/AC@MgO, providing Qm = 26.92 mg/g. Thermodynamic analysis confirmed spontaneous nature process. structure morphology modified OP/CS@AC-Mg extensively characterized BET, XRD, FTIR, SEM techniques.
