Fruits and vegetables play an essential role in a healthy diet. One source of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon exposure through food is plant foods. The level fruits may differ between those cultivated the greenhouse field. For this purpose, systematic study focusing on topic was designed. 796 manuscripts were searched databases. Many studies have been done about plants, but there less evidence difference plants greenhouses fields. Most research has leafy vegetables. leaves accumulate more than other parts plant. Usually, cultivation model, heat needed to produce during cold seasons year. Some indicates significant increase accumulation winter conditions when diesel fuel used greenhouse. Regularly assessing soil environments for levels recommended.
