Abstract Mining activities in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, are increasing daily. This inevitably leads to heavy metal pollution coastal areas. study aimed determine the concentration of metals (As, Cd, Cu, Ni) three filter-feeder species: Dendostrea folium, Gafrarium pectinatum, Isognomon ephipium two stations: Waturrambaha (high nickel mining activity) and Tanjung Tiram (no south-east Indonesia. Sampling was carried out January 2023 concentrations were measured by ICP-OES ICP-MS. The results show that D. folium can strongly accumulate copper cadmium, while G. pectinatum I.ephipium nickel. Sediments from Waturambaha station have higher for all than those station. Filter feeding bivalves are useful bioindicators for the detection of biologically available pollutants. We investigated trace metals, metalloids, and pesticides in leaf oyster (Isognomon ephippium) soft tissue shells compared them to sediment five estuaries northern New South Wales, Australia. Concentrations Pb, Cr, Mn, Ni, Fe Al were higher sediments, whereas Zn, Cd, Ag, Hg, Se As bioaccumulated tissue. The amount Cu, Hg Ni from Tweed Richmond River exceeded Australian national quality guideline values. Edible bivalves constitute an important bioresource from economic point of view, and studies on their immune responses to environmental pollutants are crucial for both the preservation biodiversity reasons. The worldwide diffusion copper(I)-based antifouling paints has increased copper leaching into coastal environments its potential impact target nontarget organisms. Monitoring pesticide run-off in the aquatic environment is ecologically important. Increased scientific interest has led to the rise in biotechnological uses of halophilic and halotolerant microbes for hypersaline wastewater bioremediation. Hence, this study performed molecular docking, dynamic (MD) simulations, validation by Molecular Mechanic Poisson-Boltzmann Surface Area (MM-PBSA) calculations on DehH2 from Bacillus thuringiensis H2. We aimed identify interactions with substrates haloacids, haloacetates, chlorpyrifos under extreme salinity (35% NaCl). MD simulations revealed that preferentially degraded haloacids haloacetates (-6.3 -4.7 kcal/mol) forming three or four hydrogen bonds catalytic triad, Asp125, Arg201, Lys202. Conversely, was least preferred substrate both MM-PBSA calculations. simulation results ranked DehH2-L-2CP complex (RMSD □0.125-0.23 nm) as most stable while DehH2-chlorpyrifos 0.32 nm; RMSF 0.0 - 0.29).
