We conducted a systematic review of infectious disease (ID) prevalence studies in the Samoan Islands from 2000 to 2024 and aimed synthesise IDs, purpose studies, potential utility survey results for informing public health decision-making. searched five academic databases, Western Pacific Region Index Medicus, grey literature up until April 2024. English language publications ID surveys American Samoa were included. Each study’s aim, design, extracted categorised by data sources. identified 46 reporting 15 different IDs; 42 (91%) reported 31 original surveys, which three (9%) investigated multiple IDs. Twenty-eight (62%) primarily report inform interventions.
