This article is a case study of the blue finance mechanism (BFM) in China and makes use evolutionary game theory numerical simulation to show how BFM plays critical role promoting sustainable development China’s marine economy, society, environment. The effectiveness of a Marine Protected Area (MPA) is strongly related to its zoning design, management, and surveillance, fish communities are considered indicators conservation effects. Posidonia oceanica beds assemblages were studied here evaluate the fishing impacts Areas (MPAs) Santa Maria di Castellabate (SMC) Costa degli Infreschi e della Masseta (CIM) in South Tyrrhenian Sea, Italy. Abstract Ecological systems can be regarded as natural capital that yields ecosystem services vital for human well-being. The provision of these strictly depends on the protection stocks generating them, highlighting need conservation and monitoring actions led by proper assessment methodologies. Among available methods, Environmental Accounting Model based emergy approach is rapidly gaining popularity in ecological applications. We used such method to assess value Posidonia oceanica meadows, widely recognized most important ecosystems Mediterranean basin, at Italian national spatial scale.
