Abstract The oceans are a treasure trove of natural resources and an essential regulator the global climate. Still, due to economic development human activities in recent years, these ecosystems have suffered varying degrees degradation, so restoration marine is essential. At same time, states should strengthen synergy disaster prevention mitigation efforts jointly defend against impact maritime disasters on lives, property, climate change. On June 28–29, 2023, Forum Restoration Marine Ecological Environment Protection, Disaster Prevention, Mitigation was held Qingdao’s West Coast New Area. forum adopted combination “online offline.” Nearly 150 experts scholars marine-related environmental protection, prevention, from organizations, universities, research institutes across multiple countries attended event.
