Dalam upaya mengatasi tantangan adaptasi teknologi di sektor pendidikan, penelitian ini secara khusus mengembangkan dan menilai efektivitas implementasi Virtual Reality (VR) sebagai metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang konsep tata ruang rapat kantor. Dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan ADDIE kerangka R&D, berhasil mengintegrasikan VR ke kurikulum Manajemen Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Malang dengan fokus utama adalah pada peningkatan kapasitas visualisasi interaktivitas mahasiswa. Hasil diperoleh menunjukkan signifikan minat belajar, keterlibatan, materi, jika dibandingkan konvensional. Pengalaman belajar imersif interaktif disediakan oleh tidak hanya memikat, tetapi juga memperkaya kemampuan untuk menerapkan teori praktik lebih nyata efektif. Studi mengkonfirmasi bahwa, penggunaan pendidikan manajemen perkantoran berpotensi besar mempersiapkan menghadapi tuntutan kompetensi dunia kerja semakin mengedepankan penguasaan teknologi, serta mendukung kebutuhan akademik berkelanjutan.

This study examines the impact of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Satisfaction, Product Quality, and Service Quality on Loyalty in a specific company. The aim is to identify most influential factors enhancing customer loyalty. research employs quantitative survey design, collecting data from 350 customers selected through purposive sampling technique. Variables include CRM, Loyalty, measured using structured questionnaire. Data analysis utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) evaluate relationships among variables ensure instrument validity reliability. Key findings reveal that CRM Satisfaction significantly influence whereas show no significant effect. Objective: This study investigates how association with the brand, image of and awareness a brand influence what consumers think PT XX's products services in light environmentally friendly consumption behaviors. This study explores the effect of promotion on halal product purchasing decisions, with mediation trust and knowledge among college students in Palembang. The used a cross-sectional design, data from 201 randomly selected through questionnaire. analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) SmartPLS 3.0. results showed that has significant positive impact decisions. This study provides valuable insights into the impact of work stress and workload on motivation subsequent employee performance at Class II Land Transportation Management Center in South Sumatra. Employing a quantitative approach with descriptive research design, survey method is used to collect data, aligning positivist philosophy.
