The development of digital technologies has aroused increasing interest among researchers and managers due to the inherent transformations in productive systems, where knowledge is recognized as a key element. In this context, study represents an exploratory perspective that does not aim for exhaustiveness, but rather specific deep dive into application artificial intelligence management. methodology employed combines literature review, bibliometrics, brainstorming.
