Abstract Media literacy encourages the construction of critical thinking and stimulates skills that foster a constructive attitude use media information communication technology. In recent years, programmes have been developed in educational contexts with aim promoting adolescents. present study, systematic review literature is carried out following guidelines PRISMA method, identifying analysing interventions for building teenagers. A search was conducted records published peer‐reviewed scientific journals between 2010 2024. Three electronic databases were consulted. total, 13 studies analysed met selected inclusion criteria. This shows how to build potential effectiveness this end. The results showed evaluated provided context acquisition analysis reflection, decision‐making based on thinking. Background: Amidst current misinformation, media literacy is an essential competency for nursing professionals. This study aimed to analyze the level of health among Spanish undergraduate students, stratifying results by gender, region, and other associated factors. Methods: A cross-sectional was conducted at five universities (N = 416) using version Media Health Literacy (MeHLit-SV) Questionnaire. Results: Students presented average score 48.73 points.
