Abstract Background The 2019 recent Coronavirus is without a doubt one of the most complicated viruses to ever pose threat humanity. Numerous viral containment strategies forced sedentary behaviors and dietary changes that would–otherwise- increase chances acquiring non-communicable diseases. Objectives objectives current study are identify any in eating through Mediterranean Diet Adherence sample Egyptians throughout COVID-19 era. Methods A cross-sectional was done on 205 by an online self-administered questionnaire. questionnaire included socio-demographic factors, self-reported weights heights, validated Arabic form well-known International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form (IPAQ-SF), version 14-items Screener (MEDAS), addition section assessing dietetic changes. data then analyzed using SPSS 20 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). Results majority were females (74.6%); had high level education (93.2%); about 75% married. Most participants non-smokers, with around 7% increased frequency smoking after pandemic. Fast food consumption also reported major percentage (60%). Low found 52.7%. The COVID-19 emergency and the consequent social distancing requirements have caused major disruptions in daily food-related practices at household level. In this paper, we evaluate transformations that occurred nutritional choices behaviors of a convenience sample (n = 2288) Italian residents during first nation-wide lockdown (March–May 2020) to assess impact on health socio-environmental sustainability their diets. The corona virus pandemic has had a massive impact on people globally. Due to national lockdowns and social distancing all over the world have developed irregular lifestyles. current study aimed assess lifestyle eating habit changes of population during COVID-19 pandemic. A cross-sectional was conducted by random sampling (N =940) general Libyan period from February 9th, 2021 until March 15th, 2021. questionnaire used habits COVID-19, which later identified analysis using SPSS program. majority respondents 81% were not infected with virus, less than half them, 39% followed recommended procedures. To lower risk being there an increase in supplement use among female participants comparison male (85% vs. 15%, p.value =0.000). This also indicated that most sedentary life style habits.
