Primary school choir directors are well placed to share their opinions on the role of motivation in choral music. Their perceptions particularly significant development and appreciation music preparations performances. Informed by humanistic theories, this article explores primary directors’ perception significance quality performances further strategies behind participants’ undertake extra responsibilities. An exploratory qualitative case study design was employed gather data from [N=20] twenty purposefully sampled choirmasters. Face face interviews were carried out solicit sentiments regarding dual responsibility a class teacher director. Findings reveal that is an important factor achievement desired outcomes. Choir have different forms motivation, most which not appreciated satisfaction given tasks responsibilities they accomplish. The recommends schools devise motivational inspire for demanding responsibility.
