The purpose of this study was to examine the principles social justice in Islamic law, their normative consolidation legislation Muslim countries, and compliance with international standards protection. use content analysis texts enabled identification key concepts justice, including obligation redistribute wealth, protection vulnerable groups, responsibility state. Comparative legal demonstrated that Sharia norms field emphasise mechanisms such as zakat, waqf, traditional family obligations, whereas are based on a centralised system policy supported by state guarantees. An countries confirmed Saudi Arabia maintains model support grounded religious prescriptions, while United Arab Emirates employs hybrid regulatory models integrate modern socio-economic approaches. In Iran, benefit redistribution through bonyads exhibits limited effectiveness due lack transparency insufficient oversight. revealed significant differences between regulation law systems, particularly approaches economic equality, for women, solidarity.
