The university professor is a fundamental subject that acts for the achievement of mission from functions Teaching, Research and Extension, therefore, he must be leader with great capacity to reinvent himself every day face challenges daily educational work. Hence, this research article developed purpose showing elements ontologically resignify notion teacher. It stated methodology followed was based on precepts interpretivist paradigm, guided by Theory Phenomenology method Hermeneutic Understanding Martin Heidegger. Similarly, deployment qualitative methodologies assumed, through use phenomenological interview script open questions aimed at capturing experiential. As subjects research, 4 teachers Universidad Nacional Experimental Francisco de Miranda (UNEFM), selected means technique intentional sampling as key informants, participated in study. treatment data collected logic processes reduction, comprehension destruction (reinterpretation). Finally, results show unveiling six themes emerging categories two macro or structural themes, which teacher can redefined extent he/she becomes transformational permanent training, since it perspective generates change transformations
