This study aimed to explore the strategies and impacts of Sukabumi Reading Enthusiast Program on fostering community literacy reading habits within community. Employing a descriptive method, data were collected through observation, documents interviews with 25 participants provide comprehensive insights into program's effectiveness. The analyzed using thematic analysis triangulation. findings reveal that structured habitual activities, such as weekly Readhaton sessions daily practices before school lessons, significantly enhance engagement among participants. These embedded curriculum supported by involvement, have led notable increase in interest proficiency. selection diverse age-appropriate materials, tailored needs preferences community, further supports success. Moreover, impact extends beyond immediate participants, culture involves families public spaces. highlights success increasing number books read, time spent reading, overall participation activities. outcomes demonstrate efficacy promoting literacy, enhancing creative thinking, developing sustainable members.
