Modern Leadership and Work Balance: Academic Supervision of Higher Education Performance

This study aims to determine the impact of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work-life balance on performance lecturers teaching staff, as regulated by academic supervision. Using an associative approach, research sampled one hundred utilized questionnaires observations instruments. The findings reveal that supervision does not moderate effect leadership performance. Tuan Guru Haji (TGH) Muhammad Mutawalli is one of the figures who have an important role in shaping and instilling spiritual education for wetu telu worshipers through naqsyabandiyah wal-qadiriyah tarekat approach. The purpose this research to explore find out TGH Mutawalli's opinion on strengthening Wetu Telu congregation extent which being strengthened. method used qualitative with a phenomenological approach, where seeks uncover hidden meaning behind phenomenon community Terara sub-district, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Effective Laboratory Management: Efforts to Improve Science Education Management in Islamic Boarding Schools

Effective laboratory management can be applied as an effort to improve science education in secondary schools. This study aims explore effective at MA Citra Cendekia South Jakarta. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative with case approach. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews teachers and staff, analysis of related documents. results showed that involves several important aspects, namely careful planning, procurement maintenance adequate equipment, competency development technicians.
