This research analyzes the implementation of religious teacher leadership in cultivating Islamic ethics at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Gorontalo City. study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with phenomenological framework. Data collection involves observation, interviews, and documentation. analysis follows four stages: condensation, coding, categorization, theorization. The findings reveal that teachers can design, organize, guide, supervise inculcation teachings, particularly jurisprudence, thus emphasizing manifestation ethics, such as dress code, traditions, interactions. However, teachers' skills critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity have yet to integrate practice religion within them, both among students. underscores importance further studies unveil comprehensive strategies for realizing across various dimensions context leadership. These should align student profile project "rahmatan lil alamin" position teachings competency madrasah context.

This article aims to analyze students' character development in learning Islamic education and character, describing supporting inhibiting factors as well solutions. type of research is descriptive qualitative using phenomenological pedagogical approaches. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews documentation at the location UPT SD Negeri 1 Tamalatea. Data validity triangulation. analysis consist reduction, presentation, conclusion. results show that form building for students teacher provides a good example, instils religious values students, gives assignments an evaluation. Supporting include adequate facilities infrastructure cooperation with parents while environmental influence technology. solution this problem school provide advice, apply applicable regulations, sanctions. knowledge about correlation between subjects educational goals development. Using model, purposes can be achieved according expectations, especially student or manners.
