This
article
aims
to
analyze
students'
character
development
in
learning
Islamic
education
and
character,
describing
supporting
inhibiting
factors
as
well
solutions.

qualitative

phenomenological
pedagogical
approaches.

techniques
used
were
observation,
interviews
documentation
at
the

Negeri

Data
validity

conclusion.
results
show
that
form

for
students

provides
a
good
example,
instils
religious
values
students,
gives
assignments
an
evaluation.
Supporting
include
adequate
facilities
infrastructure
cooperation
with
parents
while
environmental

This
research
analyzes
the
implementation
of
religious
teacher
leadership
in
cultivating
Islamic
ethics
at
Madrasah
Aliyah
Negeri
1
Gorontalo
City.
study
employs
a
qualitative
descriptive
approach
with
phenomenological
framework.
Data
collection
involves
observation,
interviews,
and
documentation.
analysis
follows
four
stages:
condensation,
coding,
categorization,
theorization.
The
findings
reveal
that
teachers
can
design,
organize,
guide,
supervise
inculcation
teachings,
particularly
jurisprudence,
thus
emphasizing
manifestation
ethics,
such
as
dress
code,
traditions,
interactions.
However,
teachers'
skills
critical
thinking,
collaboration,
communication,
creativity
have
yet
to
integrate
practice
religion
within
them,
both
among
students.

studies
unveil
comprehensive
strategies
for
realizing
across
various
dimensions
context
leadership.

should
align
student
profile
