This study aims to develop Total Physical Response (TPR)-based teaching activities enhance proficiency among by integrating physical movements learning, aiding in recognizing Hijaiyah letters and tajwid rules. Utilizing the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), this achieved expert consensus on proposed TPR-based activities. Ten experts technical vocational education, educational technology, curriculum development participated, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection involved two-stage process: workshop where rated each activity 5-point Likert scale, followed FDM analysis, transforming responses into triangular fuzzy numbers. rigorous evaluation required at least 75% threshold value (d) not exceeding 0.2. Findings validated all 25 elements, demonstrating their suitability converts. TPR’s integration significantly enhances memory retention understanding, making it effective diverse backgrounds minimal prior knowledge. recommends developing structured modules, providing training, creating interactive learning environments, implementing continuous assessments. Incorporating Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) varied methods improve engagement motivation, ultimately more enjoyable
