Because a fast vaccination rollout against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is critical to restore daily life and avoid virus mutations, it tempting have relaxed vaccination-administration management system. However, robust system can support the enforcement of preventive measures, in turn, reduce incidence deaths. Here, we model trustable reliable based on blockchain for vaccine distribution by extending Susceptible-Exposed-Infected-Recovery (SEIR) model. The includes prevention measures such as mask-wearing, social distance, rate, efficiency. It also considers negative behavior, violations distance attempts using illegitimate proofs. By evaluating model, show that proposed up 2.5 million cases half deaths most demanding scenarios.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a worldwide epidemic that poses substantial health hazards. However, COVID-19 diagnostic test sensitivity still restricted due to abnormalities in specimen processing. Meanwhile, optimizing the highly defined number of convolutional neural network (CNN) hyperparameters (hundreds thousands) useful direction improve its overall performance and overcome cons. Hence, this paper proposes an optimization strategy for obtaining optimal learning rate momentum CNN’s using grid search method performance. Therefore, three alternative CNN architectures (GoogleNet, VGG16, ResNet) were used optimize utilizing two different radiography data sets (Kaggle (X-ray) China national center bio-information (CT)). These tested with/without hyperparameters. The results confirm effective classification structures with optimized Experimental findings indicate new technique outperformed previous terms accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, recall, F-score, false positive negative rates, error rate. At epoch 25, Resnet obtained high reaching 98.98% X-ray images 98.78% CT images.
