Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are extensively employed in pursuit, rescue missions, and agricultural applications. These operations require substantial data video transmission, demanding significant spectral resources. The ultra-broad bandwidth of 0.1–10 THz the Terahertz (THz) frequency range is essential for future UAV-based wireless communications. However, available spectrum varies with transmission distance. To enhance efficiency over this variable bandwidth, we propose using hierarchical modulation (HM) overlapped traditional quadrature amplitude (QAM) non-overlapped closer users. Furthermore, analyze single-user case utilize block-coordinated descent (BCD) method to jointly optimize order, subcarrier sub-band power improve system sum rate. Finally, considering mobility randomness UAV users, design a switching rule dynamically adjust changes distance as users move, thereby enhancing rates. Simulation results demonstrate superior performance rate complexity compared existing methods such (HBM) HM schemes.

Advancements in assisted driving technologies are expected to enable future passengers use a wide range of multimedia applications electric vehicles (EVs). To address the bandwidth demands for high-resolution and immersive videos during peak traffic, this study introduces bandwidth-management algorithm support differentiated streaming services heterogeneous vehicle-to-everything (V2X) networks. By leveraging cellular 6G base stations, along with Cell-Free (CF) Massive Multi-Input Multi-Output (mMIMO) Wi-Fi 7 access points, aims provide high-coverage, high-speed, low-interference V2X network environment. Additionally, Li-Fi technology is employed supply extra limited connectivity via V2V communication. Importantly, addresses urgency prioritization different ensure smooth execution emergency pre-downloading mechanism specifically non-real-time applications. Through simulations, algorithm’s effectiveness meeting EV users’ needs various demonstrated. During peak-bandwidth-demand periods, users experienced an average increase 47%. Furthermore, utilization across landscape significantly improved.

This paper considers a terahertz (THz) dual-function multi-input multi-output (MIMO) radar and communication system with the assistance of reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) jointly designs constant modulus (CM) waveform RIS phase shifts. A weighted optimization scheme is presented, to minimize sum three objectives, including multi-user interference (MUI) energy, negative multi-target illumination power MIMO similarity error under CM constraint. For formulated non-convex problem, novel alternating coordinate descent (ACD) algorithm introduced, transform it into two subproblems for shift design. Unlike existing algorithms that solve each subproblem by iteratively approximating optimal solution iteration stepsize selection, ACD can alternately dividing multiple simpler problems, achieve closed-form solutions. Our numerical simulations demonstrate superiorities over methods. In addition, impacts weighting coefficients, channel conditions on performance THz are analyzed.
