Objective: Teachers create an intrinsic urge to continue improve themselves and utilize YouTube media as a practical learning tool. On the other hand, students' self-intentions determine how actively they use deepen their understanding of arts culture. This research explores urgency influence teacher competence intensity on Arts Culture outcomes through self-intentions. Method: The survey method was used collect data based probability sampling from 68 students at Elementary School 1 Surodikraman Ponorogo. Data collection carried out using questionnaire consisting Likert scale with four alternative answers. PLS-SEM analysis is analyze test evaluate construction variables measuring problem-solving abilities. Results: shows that competency self-intention have insignificant effect. Furthermore, proven not mediate media's outcomes. Novelty: study presents novelty by showing does these factors. finding suggests factors may be more influential in mediating effects, which could investigated future research. Recommendations for this include training awareness motivation effectively media.

The study aims at gaining insights into relationships between perceived institutional support and students’ perceptions of AI-supported learning. It also investigates the mediating role learning outcomes moderating effect technology self-efficacy within this context. Research model was developed validated based on Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) students. Using quantitative research design convenience sampling technique, 204 students from higher education institutions were included in analysis. Data analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test hypothesized relationships. results revealed that significantly impacts ( β = 0.200, C.R. 2.291, p 0.022), 0.492, 9.671, < 0.001), outcomes. Additionally, found negative −0.146, CR −2.507, 0.012) relationship perceptions. Perceived outcome partial mediated learning, with a direct 0.155, 0.001) an indirect 0.539, as evidenced by confidence interval [0.235, 0.549]. These findings highlight significant interplay support, self-efficacy, shaping AI education, underscoring importance fostering supportive academic environments for effective integration. theoretical practical implications are discussed.

Self-awareness helps individuals to appreciate diversity in religious thought and practice. Meanwhile, the spirit of nationalism, this means being able respect different national identities interests without demeaning or ignoring beliefs. This research raises urgency understanding teachings Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah (Aswaja) nationalism context facing caliphate movement Islam, as well mediating role self-awareness these dynamics. The aims understand how Aswaja influenced movement, mediates influence both. method uses a quantitative approach with survey method, involving 97 students from Ma Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ummah using stratified random sampling technique. data collection technique was carried out through use questionnaire Likert scale. Data analysis descriptive inferential statistical analysis. results show that implications are important for developing strategies prevent radicalization extremism, strengthening interreligious intercultural dialogue. Recommendations include educational programs promote values tolerance pluralism, leaders community efforts.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional, beban kerja, dan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dengan mempertimbangkan peran kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening. menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode penelitian ex-post facto. Pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas. Metode teknik purposive sampling digunakan mengambil sebanyak 58 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan kuesioner yang terdiri dari skala Likert 5 poin. Analisis PLS-SEM menganalisis menguji model konseptual. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa profesional dapat mempengaruhi guru secara langsung maupun tidak melibatkan kerja. Sedangkan signifikan tanpa adanya merekomendasikan agar sekolah pemerintah memberikan dukungan kesempatan kepada terus mengembangkan kompetensinya melalui pelatihan, lokakarya, program pengembangan profesi lainnya. Evaluasi Meningkatkan rasa kepemilikan keterlibatan pekerjaannya pengakuan, pembinaan karir, penciptaan lingkungan mendukung, sebagainya. Survei berkala juga perlu mengevaluasi tingkat Langkah-langkah tersebut diharapkan meningkatkan pada akhirnya berdampak positif mutu pendidikan keseluruhan
