Seventy-three admitted for rehabilitation completed assessment before reassessment included group. control 76 both evaluations quarantine. Depressive (Beck Depression Inventory-II; BDI-II), anxiety Anxiety BAI), (Sleep Condition Indicator; SCI) evaluated groups at one (assessment) eight (reassessment) months statistical analyses revealed that reassessment, showed higher global than increased cognitive depression. A presence clinically relevant depressed was seen results mandatory negatively affected intervention, increasing probability these be depressed. This, turn, could influence patients’ critical period risk. This underlines priority integrating improving targeted mental support as continues, especially patients.

It is unknown how practice delivered post-COVID.MethodsThis observational study used data the National Audit Cardiac Rehabilitation April 2018–March 2022. Descriptive statistics were assess rates prevalence, while multivariate logistic regression model was performed analyse determinants among participating rehabilitation.ResultsThe population consisted 245,705 patients, where 128,643 (52.4%) screened 117,062 (47.6%) not. Patients attending CR during first year COVID-19 less likely be screened. female gender, living alone, non-white ethnicity, most deprived areas, current smoking, physical inactivity screened, who revascularized, having an objective fitness test, certified center more For COVID-19, prevalence decreased significantly. dropped 34.4% 15.8%, 33.5% 16.5%.ConclusionCR service provision negatively impacted much lower setting. Prevalence population, possibly because psychologically affected refrained CR.
