Aim The aim of this study is to assess caries resistance in children from Poltava and internally displaced frontline regions by analyzing indicators oral fluid properties. This will help evaluate the impact war displacement on their dental health. Material methods was conducted at City Children Dental Clinic included 330 aged 6-7 years, whom 56.7% were boys 43.3% girls. Among them, 230 persons (Group I), 100 permanent residents II). Results analysis prevalence intensity showed a significant difference between groups. In Group I, 77.8%, dmft+DMFT index 3.31±0.2, which significantly higher than II (66% 1.91±0.2; p<0.05). Indicators homeostasis also worse children; pH 13% lower, salivary flow rate 1.3 times lower (p<0.05). Conclusions revealed among (77.8%) compared (66%). Internally rates resistance. These findings highlight urgent need for preventive programs improve health children.
