Investment casting has become an integral part of the modern industry’s manufacturing process with high precision. However, this technology still faces several challenges that need to be addressed for improvement, especially complex and flexible part. This research demonstrates possibility applying additive techniques (3-dimensional printing (3DP)) castable wax in investment casting. The main objective is investigate effect infill ratios on mechanical properties 3D printed patterns evaluate ability create mold shells using stainless steel SUS 304. results indicate density considerably influences samples’ properties, mold-creating ability, weight, building time. samples, including Young’s modulus, tensile strength, work extension increase from 13.08 MPa, 393.33 4.25 MJ/m3 21.72 671.48 9.62 MJ/m3, respectively. Moreover, patterns, less than 25%, can employed fabricate IC exceptional quality. patterns’ average surface roughness (SR) 2.49 μm, while SR casted parts 7.33 μm. strongly strengthen idea 3DP technique substance (IC).
