Brillouin spectroscopy is a powerful technique for non-invasive micromechanical analysis of biological materials such as tissues and cells. Conventional bulk-optical systems, however, face challenges in translation to endoscopic applications due strong parasitic background signals using single optical fibers. To overcome this issue, dual fiber approaches have been proposed, but they suffer from poor overlap excitation collection beam paths. In work, we present fiber-integrated probe with tip diameter below 300 μm. Using tailored freeform 3D-printed micro-optics, achieve precise the foci map mechanical properties resolution 10 μm lateral 45 axial direction. We detail probe's design, fabrication, simulations experimental results demonstrating high-resolution measurements polymer protein solution samples. Our findings indicate that could significantly advance spectroscopy, promising science biomedical diagnostics.
