Purpose
of
the
study:
To
examine
role
field
supervisors
through
digital
media
in
guiding
students
at
kampus
mengajar

their
responsibilities,
challenges,
and
impact
students'
learning
experiences.
Methodology:
This
qualitative
study
examined
Field
Supervisors'
activities
Kampus
Mengajar
program
using
observation
documentation
methods.
Data
analysis
followed
Miles
Huberman's
interactive
model,
involving
data
reduction,
display,
conclusion
drawing.
Peer
debriefing
member
checking
were
employed
to
enhance
credibility.
The
research
aimed
provide
insights
into
supervisors'
roles
potentially
informing
improvements
teacher
education
programs.
Main
Findings:
found
that
Supervisor
plays
a
vital
bridging
gap
between
theories
learned
by
campus
practices
field.
Through
media,
can
monitor
student
progress,
real-time
feedback,
ensure
compliance
with
professional
ethics
throughout
program.
Digital
technology
also
allows
for
more
efficient
effective
coordination,
helping
optimize
mentoring
despite
limitations
face-to-face
interaction
or
geographical
distance.
Novelty/Originality
this
novelty
lies
in-depth
exploration
diverse
program,
especially
application
educational
theoretical
frameworks
combined
technology.
