This research was motivated by the results of students' low learning activity. The aim this is to determine implementation problem based model in increasing active physics learning. uses descriptive qualitative methods. subjects were subject teachers at SMAN 15 Muaro Jambi with selection technique used, namely purposive sampling. data collection techniques used observation and interviews. Data analysis Miles Huberman which begins reduction, then presented (data display), finally verified (conclusion drawing) using survey questionnaire a quantitative approach. findings show that implementing problem-based can enhance conclusion aims boost engagement be regarded as an effective approach for student participation involvement process.
