The increasing prevalence of excess body weight and physical inactivity among young adults raises concerns about their impact on dynamic postural control. This study aimed to examine the relationship nutritional status activity level (PAL) with balance in adults. A cross-sectional was conducted 189 (81 females 108 males; aged 18–29 years). Nutritional determined using BMI, PAL assessed IPAQ-SF. Dynamic measured Modified Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBTm) three directions: anterior, posteromedial (PM), posterolateral (PL). Regression analysis showed no significant associations anterior direction (adjusted model by sex R2 = 0.051; p > 0.05). However, for PM direction, adjusted (R2 0.289) identified (B 2.784; 0.015), 2.962; 0.011), 8.248; < 0.001) as predictors performance. Similarly, PL 0.275) confirmed 2.413; 0.004), 4.203; 0.031), 7.712; 0.001). These findings suggest that both behavioral factors contribute performance adults, particularly directions greater demands.
