This study examined the challenges to achievement of food security goals and role Extension Advisory Services (EAS) at a time when world is faced with double burden an immediate pandemic in midst ongoing climate change events. EAS have always played vital roles past emergencies around are being challenged respond timely appropriately these times. The purpose this paper was (i) describe impacts disruptive changes on systems across world, (ii) present key agricultural education extension responses such (iii) make recommendations strengthen responses. The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically affected people's lives around the world, including agricultural extension workers. To date, few studies have been conducted to understand adaptation of services in Latin American countries during pandemic. This mixed-methods study explored Latin-American professionals’ preparation implement knowledge-sharing activities and sought professionals' responsiveness COVID-19. results revealed significant differences responsiveness, between field workers in-office Delving into this difference that professionals perceived lower because they were not able continue their pre-pandemic, face-to-face with farmers; on other hand, office complete respond annual program objectives by increasing institutional partnerships virtual means. The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically impacted the delivery of nutrition education through Cooperative Extension. This study aimed to identify a Extension audience’s attitudes towards virus prevention behaviors, preferred sources information regarding COVID-19, and preferences during pandemic. We distributed an online survey 477 potential participants including questions about behaviors like mask wearing, for virtual lesson delivery, COVID-19. Attitudes wearing differed significantly by race, income, age. These differences have serious implications future outreach program delivery.
