Arabic language teachers have significant roles and challenges in internalizing character values through learning. Teachers are responsible for teaching vocabulary grammar must also be able to convey education values. This research aims determine the concrete form of learning process at Ulumuddin Islamic Boarding School Lhokseumawe, Aceh. study employs a descriptive qualitative design. The data sources include observations during interviews with students analysis follows Miles Huberman's approach, involving collection, reduction, display, conclusion. findings indicate that encompasses planning, implementation, evaluation process. In practice, use interactive, collaborative, applicative methods, enabling not only master but develop positive internalization can contribute shaping generation is intellectually smart possesses values, following requirements Aceh Regulation 2022 strengthen implementation education.
