This research article presents an examination of the findings and recommendations drawn from a series focus group discussions (FGDs) with senior journalists. The main aim was to develop strategy safeguard skills well-being journalists in face potential future pandemics or crises. FGDs were attended by experienced whose on rigorous reporting during COVID-19 pandemic. They represented press clubs across Pakistan, including Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK).
