Innovative education allows students to learn anything, from anywhere, and about the development of information technology supports all that. A diversification strategy is one of the means to expand business among corporations, including Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In Malaysia, many successful stories SMEs’ strategies permit others follow in their footstep. The success allows businesses develop not only locally but also venture into international market. However, various issues challenges could be associated with implementation particularly SMEs within multiple industries involved. Therefore, this study aims discover faced by Kental Bina Sdn. Bhd., steadily growing diversified Northern Peninsular Malaysia. This employed a few rounds one-on-one interviews owner as key informant meet objective. recorded interview sessions are then transcribed analyzed using thematic analysis through Nvivo12 software. From policy viewpoint, sheds light on development entrepreneurial training programs. program conducted relevant ministries government agencies, Ministry Entrepreneur Cooperatives Development (MECD), Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), SME Corporation (SMECorp.), Tekun Nasional (TEKUN), needs specifically designed address SMEs. For practical implication, helps offer important information inputs other businesses, SMEs, what expect when starting planning strategy.
