A ventilação natural é uma estratégia que pode garantir a qualidade do ar dos ambientes internos, além de ser apresentada pela Organização Mundial da Saúde como um principais recursos para contenção Covid-19. Neste sentido, o objetivo deste estudo analisar desempenho em Centros Especializados Reabilitação Patos Minas, MG, partir método simulação computacional dinâmica fluidos (CFD). Foram criados 3 cenários com variações área abertura na esquadria principal. São eles: J145, apresentou média velocidade vento interesse 0,60m/s, J300 1,33m/s e J587 1,95m/s. The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the need for rapidly deployable healthcare facilities, leading to increased use of modular construction methods. Nonetheless, knowledge about airflow patterns and spread bioaerosols in these wards remains insufficient, potentially heightening risk cross-infection among workers patients. This paper presents a ventilation design negative-pressure ward aimed at reducing infectious particles. We investigate effects various designs, patient postures (sitting supine), air changes per hour (ACH) on cough droplets an airborne infection isolation room using large eddy simulation Eulerian–Lagrangian model. Findings show that ceiling exhaust grilles (design 2) resulted lowest radial dispersion (3.64 m) 12 ACH, while sidewall exhausts (baseline) performed best higher ACH levels. The Mahalanobis-Taguchi System (MTS) is a statistical approach used in breast cancer research to facilitate early detection and promote efficient treatment. technique analyses mammogram images for significant features using multivariate analysis technique. It combines the Mahalanobis distance (MD) Taguchi's method determine differences between benign malignant samples. While orthogonal array (OA) has been widely MTS, it criticised providing suboptimal results due insufficient coverage of feature combinations during optimisation process. To address this issue, Binary Whale Optimisation Algorithm (BWOA) proposed as an improved search algorithm MTS. Accurate lung cancer classification in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) remains challenging due to the difficulty detecting cancerous patterns. In response, this study introduces an attention-based VGG19 neural network for enhanced performance. Leveraging architecture's deep learning capabilities, our model incorporates attention mechanisms selectively emphasize salient features during training. The approach addresses challenge of discerning subtle patterns indicative malignancy, significantly improving accuracy. We train and evaluate on a diverse dataset, ensuring its capacity generalize across various patient cases. mechanism proves effective prioritizing critical regions within MRI scans, enhancing sensitivity specificity detection. A vascular interventional radiology (VIR) laboratory is a specialized medical environment designed for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures focused on blood vessels. In this facility, healthcare practitioners employ diverse imaging technologies such as fluoroscopy angiography to visualize vessels conduct minimally invasive interventions. This research examines the thermal comfort within VIR through field measurements.
