This research aims to see the results of implementing strengthening Islamic religious education learning with a strategy teacher skills in for early childhood at Pertiwi 1 Kindergarten, Bengkulu City. The method used is qualitative descriptive method, while type data this through observation, interviews and documentation. show that uses Skinner's Operant Conditioning theory. Teachers provide verbal reinforcement using words sentences praise, encourage, motivate, persuade, advise reprimand children. Meanwhile, nonverbal takes form gestures, touching, approaching, giving signs or symbols, activities. proves implementation contained RPPH teaching modules which are carried out by providing sentences, non-verbal activities children so will be motivated good things they do. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi guru dalam menghadapi gaya belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Kadilangu 1. menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksplorasi. Objek adalah siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. analisis model interaktif Miles and Huberman yang terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian penarikan kesimpulan. keabsahan triangulasi teknik, yakni cara membandingkan hasil Berdasarkan disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 12 visual, auditori 2 kinestetik. Strategi mengahadapi perbedaan dilakukan metode pengajaran mudah dimengerti oleh sehingga berbeda-beda memahami tersebut. Metode digunakan demonstrasi, diskusi, tanya jawab lainnya disertai penggunaan media bervariasi misalnya alat peraga sesuai konteks diajarkan IT.

Nowadays, many problems that occur among Christian teenagers are caused by the lack of teaching values and character to students. This can be progress times also increasingly rapid development technology. However, on other hand, role Religious Education teachers help build good for students at school. The task is educate guide become individuals who fear God. Character, if interpreted in general, nature, disposition or behavior exists within a person description how he is. A student must have one another certainly not same, therefore said characteristic person. In this case, it important understand what professional competencies apply them learning process. There five Teachers Indonesia, including Pedagogical Competency, Personality Professional Social Competency Spiritual Competency. As teacher course model students, guiding directing because will influence formation students' morals. method used writing journal bibliographic method, meaning carried out examining various reference sources such as books, journals scientific articles.
