ABSTRACT Nepeta is one of the largest genera in Lamiaceae family. The aim this study to evaluate (DPPH • and ABTS + scavenging tests), antidiabetic ( α ‐amylase ‐glucosidase enzymes inhibition), anticholinesterase (acetylcholinesterase butyrylcholinesterase inhibition) activities methanolic, aqueous extracts essential oils obtained from flowering aerial parts N. cilicia Boiss. ex Benth., isaurica & Heldr. sulfuriflora P.H.Davis. Furthermore, extracted these plants were analysed for their chemical composition by GC–MS/MS. Also, anatomy morphology evaluated. Total phenolic tannin contents analysed. major compounds identified species as follows: caryophyllene oxide (24.8%) phytol (17.7%) , α‐cadinol (13.6%) ledol (8.0%) 1,8‐cineole (70.4%) sulfuriflora. are perennial, they have unicellular multicellular non‐glandular glandular trichomes. In assays, methanolic extract showed highest inhibition (31.66%), while oil had strongest (14.25%). For activity, was most effective against acetylcholinesterase (8.63%), MeOH (13.24%). It determined that especially higher % value on ·+ DPPH . When a comparison made terms total phenol content, it observed step ahead. conclusion, revealed three species— —possess significant bioactive properties, particularly antioxidant, antidiabetic, activities.
