Background and Aim: Enhancing the potential capacity of community enterprise groups to improve their operations is essential for promoting better well-being increasing social resilience among elderly in community. This, turn, supports development strong communities that drive development, create economic opportunities through local support, generate jobs. This leads goal study, which determine how entrepreneurship can boost prospects help aging population Surin Province's border region. Materials Methods: The study employed a qualitative research methodology included document analysis pilot studies addition participatory action four districts Purposive sampling was used choose thirty key informants, open-ended structured interviews were collect data continuous management cycle. In-depth non-participatory observation combined yield lessons learned. After 12 informants participated brainstorming session validate consensus conclusions, focus shifted improving findings appropriateness coming an agreement on efficacy results. To understand situation interpret significant findings, content analysis. Based results, model components created using connection mapping tool. Results: revealed as follows: structure guidelines enhancing increase support society area Province, both appropriate interconnected, consists 9 components: 1) Direction - “Sustainability”; 2) Vision Leader “Adherence”; 3) Membership Participation Management “Family”; 4) Operation Planning “Knowledge”; 5) Product Production “Distinctiveness”; 6) Marketing “Integrating Diversity Channels”; 7) Cost Finance “Resource Allocation”; 8) Knowledge Information “Digital Media”; 9) External Interaction Network”. Conclusion: integration networks, presidents members, staff volunteers dedicated elder healthcare, along with operation by framework supporting Province area, preparation effectively cope dynamic changes economy, society, culture, environment, ensuring long-term successful outcomes.
