The topic of business formation is especially relevant today when humankind faces the biggest global crisis since World War II.The protection jobs and workers vital, a plethora measures have been implemented outburst coronavirus pandemic in 2020.Remote activity interactions, whether forced or voluntary, shaped economic landscape, restructured organizations, reallocated workforce across industries.In such context, this study investigates dynamics Romania throughout first year pandemic.Business registered significant growth second half 2020, surpassing level previous year.The analysis performed at regional level, for 42 administrative regions, considering intensity knowledge technology levels industries which new was formed, according to Eurostat classification industries.The score Knowledge Technology Intensity (KTIRS) calculated level.The clustering regions resulted 6 cluster templates, given industrial structure formation.

Our paper aims to investigate the impact of COVID-19 on private sector companies in terms sales, production, finance and employment. Research background: The global COVID-19 pandemic, which started in the first quarter of 2020, triggered unprecedented economic challenges, prompting governments worldwide to implement intervention measures mitigate its impacts on business and employment.
