This study investigates the factors influencing CO2 emissions in Romania from 1990 to 2023 using Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model. Before ARDL model, we identified a set of six policies that were ranked Fuzzy Electre, Topsis, DEMATEL, and Vikor. The multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods have highlighted importance circular policy on emission reduction, which should be central focus for policymakers. results model indicate that, long term, renewable energy production reduces emissions, showing negative relationship. Conversely, an increase patent applications urbanization contributes higher reflecting positive impact. In total, five key analyzed: per capita, applications, gross domestic product, share renewables, urbanization. Bu çalışma, Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi (TZY) ve teknoloji alanlarına odaklanarak, sürdürülebilir bir TZY modeli oluşturma sürecinde yeni teknolojilerin izlenmesinin kurumsal yapıya entegrasyonunun artık gereklilik haline geldiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırmada, ile teknolojinin bütünleşik şekilde ele alındığı akademik literatürün incelenmesi amacıyla bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri, Web of Science veri tabanından elde edilmiş olup, 1995-2024 yıllarını kapsayan 7.047 yayına dayanmaktadır. Analiz kapsamında; ülke-yazar-kurum performansları, konuya yönelik en fazla yayın yapan kaynaklar, yazarların ait oldukları ülkeler, ülkelerin bilimsel katkıları, çok atıf alan çalışmalar, sıkça kullanılan anahtar kelimeler popüler terimlerin eş birliktelik analizleri gibi metrikler detaylı incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, özellikle son yıllarda konularına ilginin önemli ölçüde arttığını göstermektedir. Ayrıca teknolojiyi olarak çalışmaların popülerlik kazandığı gözlemlenmiştir. Araştırma bulguları, Çin, ABD Hindistan bu alandaki çalışmalar açısından öne çıktığını Ayrıca, blokzincir sürdürülebilirlik temaların ilişkisi bağlamında belirgin dikkat çektiği tespit edilmiştir. doğrultuda, gelişmekte olan söz konusu alanlarda gerçekleştirecekleri çalışmaların, ekonomik kalkınma süreçlerine katkılar sunma potansiyeline sahip olduğu değerlendirilmektedir.

The definition of service has evolved from a focus on material value in manufacturing before the 2000s to customer-centric based significant growth industry. Digital transformation become essential for companies industry due incorporation digital technology through Fourth Industrial Revolution and COVID-19. This study utilised Bidirectional Encoder Representations Transformer (BERT) analyse 3029 international patents related customer registered between 2000 2022. Through topic modelling, this identified 10 major topics analysed their yearly trends. Our findings show that as 2022, trend with highest frequency is user-centric network design, while cloud computing experienced steepest increase last five years. User-centric services have been steadily developing since inception Internet. Cloud one key technologies being developed intensively 2023 service. identifies time series trends suggests effectiveness using BERTopic predict future technology.
